Story bonds record family ties, companions, conflicts, and other relationships inside a tradition's narratives. Evolution records historical identification, inheritance, translation, reinterpretation, and influence.
Select a node to see its curation state, evidence strength, direct claims, and linked sources. Limited and unreviewed records stay visibly limited.
Drag nodes to untangle a view, or switch among timeline, tree, radial, and constellation layouts. Spatial 3D adds orbit, zoom, focus, and keyboard flight when you need to move through a dense system.
Catalog status
The public count includes discovery imports awaiting specialist review. Every record keeps its curation and evidence state visible; an imported name is not presented as a verified historical claim. Coverage density also varies by source availability and import history, so a denser tradition reflects more indexed records—not greater mythological importance.

These examples show different kinds of continuity and uncertainty. Open one, then travel in either direction.

Found a missing figure, relationship, date, translation, or better source? Record the exact claim, tradition, and citation. We will add a public contribution workflow as the research process matures.
Private by default. Theogonist uses no analytics or advertising. Manual graph positions stay in your browser's local storage; opening a citation takes you to the source publisher under that site's own privacy policy.
